Job summary

Cyera is seeking a technical, self-directed Technical Project Manager to run security programs within the Office of the CISO and to build the project management function for the team. You will collaborate with Security, IT, Engineering, and our Tel Aviv team to drive initiatives forward, participating in technical discussions and shaping strategic plans.

You will establish operational rhythms, create standardized workflows, and define how the PM function grows over time, reporting to leadership

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing technical programs or projects in a cloud-based environment.
• Background in cybersecurity, software development or cloud infrastructure; security program background preferred.
• Ability to understand security concepts and engage in design and deployment discussions.
• Proven ability to run cross-functional projects without direct authority and meet commitments.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including executive status reporting.
• Self-starter who can build structure and process where little exists.

Responsibilities

• Lead security programs and initiatives through their full lifecycle, from scoping to launch and closure.
• Develop and maintain detailed project roadmaps with milestones and owners.
• Monitor risks, issues and decisions with mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with Security, IT, Engineering, GRC, Procurement and Legal to align priorities.
