Job summary

Cyera in St. Louis is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead security programs within the Office of the CISO.

You will plan and drive initiatives across Security, IT and Engineering, coordinating with US and Tel Aviv teams and building the PM function. You will own roadmaps, manage risks, and deliver concise status updates to leadership, while shaping workflows and templates that scale with the team and company growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing technical programs or projects in a cloud-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead security programs and initiatives throughout their lifecycle, from scoping to launch and closure.
• Develop and maintain detailed project roadmaps with milestones, owners, and dependencies.
• Proactively monitor risks, issues, and decisions with mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with Security, IT, Engineering, GRC, Procurement and Legal to align priorities and unblock work.
