Job summary

Responsibilities

• Compile and structure researched technical information for stakeholders.
• Produce documentation per customer formatting and governance standards.
• Maintain baseline office documentation including Subcontractor Management Plan and Statements of Work.
• Review documents for completeness, correctness, and compliance prior to baselining.
• Provide subcontractor coordination, workflow management, and risk/issue tracking.
• Ensure cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
• Interpret contract requirements into clear staffing narratives.
• Provide program-level reporting and performance analysis.
• Identify and interview prospective subcontractors or teaming partners.
