FOXCONN GROUP is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead mechanical and thermal hardware development for AI servers and data center platforms, guiding programs from concept to mass production.

The role requires strong cross-functional leadership, expertise in mechanical design and thermal systems, and the ability to manage risks, optimize manufacturing, and deliver on schedule. Travel up to 40% internationally may be required.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Materials Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical project management, NPI, mechanical product development, thermal engineering, or manufacturing engineering.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Strong understanding of mechanical design and manufacturing processes (machining, molding, stamping, forging, casting, joining, assembly).
• Knowledge of heat transfer, fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and mechanical system design.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional hardware development programs from concept, NPI, validation, qualification, and mass production.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across engineering, manufacturing, quality, sourcing, suppliers, and customers.
• Drive development and industrialization of mechanical and thermal components (machining, molding, stamping, forging, casting, cooling assemblies).
• Support thermal system integration (cold plates, manifolds, pumps, vapor chambers, heat pipes) for AI servers and data center apps.
• Lead DFM/DFA, GD&T, tolerance analysis, DOE, FMEA, reliability validation, and manufacturing optimization activities.
