Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners is seeking a Project Manager for its enterprise technology team in Valparaiso, IN. The role is a W2 contract with benefits through 12/31/2026 and offers hybrid work arrangements.

You will lead cross-functional IT initiatives, application implementations, and supply chain/warehouse technology transformations, partnering with business stakeholders to build roadmaps and governance from initiation through delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, CS, MIS, or a related field.
• 5+ years of dedicated project management experience; 10+ years total experience.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies; PMP preferred.
• Experience leading supply chain and warehouse transformations, ERP integrations, barcoding and data normalization.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Create integrated project plans, WBS, and multi-year technology roadmaps with milestones.
• Direct and execute cross-functional IT projects including ERP and warehouse tech transformations.
• Lead governance, risk assessments, and dependency management with contingency plans.
• Monitor project performance metrics and maintain documentation per PMO guidelines.
• Facilitate vendor management and stakeholder communication with external suppliers.
