Responsibilities

• Guide new customers through account setup and product training.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and manage relationships.
• Develop tailored customer success plans aligned to business outcomes.
• Identify, diagnose, and help resolve deployment or usage issues.
• Communicate user insights to the internal team for troubleshooting.
