Job summary

Celestica is seeking a forward-thinking Technical Project Manager to lead transformative initiatives in our Test Engineering organization. You will drive new test processes, bridge Hardware Design, Software/Diagnostics, and Manufacturing Test teams, and oversee AI integration and data analytics for adaptive testing.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define strategies, and push for efficiency in manufacturing test across the design-to-production lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience defining and implementing manufacturing test processes (MTRS).
• Strong understanding of Design for Testability (DFT) and boundary scan.
• Experience with AI applications in manufacturing and adaptive testing.
• Knowledge of statistical quality metrics (Cpk, GR&R, SPC).

Responsibilities

• Test Process Implementation: Lead development, standardization, and rollout of new processes in manufacturing test.
• Boundary Scan & Hardware Integration: Drive boundary scan strategies into hardware design workflows.
• MTRS Process Leadership: Define and optimize end-to-end MTRS flows with cross-functional teams.
• AI & Adaptive Testing Initiatives: Introduce AI and adaptive testing frameworks based on real-time data.
• Test Data Analytics Implementation: Lead adoption of analytics to drive predictive yield modeling.
• Cross-Functional Team Coordination: Link Hardware Design, Software, and Manufacturing Test Development; manage schedules and risks.
