Job summary

Technologent is seeking a Technical Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and evolution of enterprise testing, quality, and security capabilities within the CI/CD organization. The role combines strong technical product management with knowledge of software engineering, testing, DevOps, and developer platforms, plus applying Generative AI to improve testing and remediation.

The position is 100% onsite in Phoenix, AZ, for a 12+ month contract.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for enterprise Test and Scan platforms.
• Partner with engineering, QA, security, DevSecOps, architecture, and platform teams to define priorities.
• Drive adoption and standardization of testing and scanning capabilities across engineering teams.
• Improve developer experience through seamless integration with GitHub Actions and CI/CD workflows.
• Define KPIs for adoption, reliability, quality, security, and developer productivity.
• Evaluate tools, vendors, and technologies and define the platform modernization strategy.
• Identify opportunities to use Generative AI and Agentic AI for test automation, failure analysis, scanning, and remediation.
