Job summary

Legora seeks a senior technical authority to own the most challenging escalations, drive root-cause analysis with logs and data, and ensure platform behavior aligns with specifications. You will be the voice of the support function in product reviews and engineering discussions, strengthening diagnostic tooling and observability.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical support, solutions, or platform-specialist roles with a strong technical focus.
• Rigorous approach to root cause analysis using logs, data and system insights.
• Understanding of how large language models and AI systems behave and fail.

Responsibilities

• Own the hardest problems by driving root cause analysis from escalations.
• Validate platform behavior pre-release with tests and reproduction steps.
• Detect systemic events and trigger coordinated incident response.
• Serve as SME on platform behavior and AI output patterns.
• Represent support perspective in product and engineering discussions.
