iBUYPOWER is seeking a Technical Customer Service Agent to join our Tech Support team in City of Industry, CA. You will diagnose and troubleshoot PC hardware/software, assist customers via phone, email, chat, and social media, and resolve basic service issues with a strong focus on satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with desktop/laptop repair, advanced troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication. Bilingual in French or Spanish is a plus.
