Job summary

Yext is seeking an Associate Technical Partner Manager to manage a portfolio of publisher integrations within the Yext Publisher Network. You will troubleshoot and optimize integrations, contribute to onboarding, monitor system health, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams.

This hands-on role involves writing code for configuration updates and fixes, plus drafting specs for engineering work.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to analyze data and troubleshoot technical issues: SQL, Python, APIs.
• Curiosity about AI-assisted development and willingness to learn tools like Claude Code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort in structured/unstructured workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of publisher integrations and ensure their health; support tier 1 publishers.
• Monitor integration health with SQL, Snowflake, Python, Grafana; identify discrepancies and resolve.
• Onboard new publishers and suggest process improvements.
• Troubleshoot data sync/display issues; explore docs/tools before escalation.
• QA/test new fields and integrations with guidance from seniors.
• Write integration-specific code using AI coding tools; conduct code reviews.
