Job summary

Yext is seeking a Platform Consultant to join the Services team in the United States. You will serve as a product expert, configure the Knowledge Graph, manage data, and deliver solutions for enterprise clients.

In this client-facing role you will lead projects, coordinate with Engineers and Designers, and ensure successful delivery, with opportunities to grow in a fast-paced, AI-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in any subject area.
• 3–6 years in Software Implementation, Consulting, or similar client-facing roles.
• Strong data modeling and technical background with scalable solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Lead large projects and client accounts in Expert Services.
• Advise customers on applying our technology for visibility results.
• Collaborate with Engineers, Designers, and Delivery team to implement solutions.
• Create business requirements and configure the platform.
• Provide status updates and manage risks.
