Job summary

Jobot is seeking a technically minded Outside Sales Representative to develop and grow a territory within Southeast Michigan. You will drive profitable revenue growth by leveraging consultative selling and deep product knowledge in hydraulics, pneumatics, and motion control.

You will partner with engineers and procurement to present technical solutions, manage accounts, and forecast performance. A strong CRM/ERP background and the ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of technical sales or related industry experience.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, fluid power, motion control, or industrial products.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a territory independently.
• Experience using CRM and ERP systems.

Responsibilities
