Job summary

Traka is seeking an entry-level Technical Order Processor to interpret customer specifications and prepare detailed, manufacturable work-order drawings for doors, frames, and related products. You will liaise with customers and manufacturing partners to ensure accurate and timely order completion.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, basic CAD drafting training, and proficiency with Word/Excel. Strong communication and multi-tasking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Applied math and problem-solving skills (algebra, geometry).
• Ability to interpret hardware templates, blueprints and drawings.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and similar software.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Organizational, planning and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple orders with accuracy and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders ranging from basic stock to configured orders.
• Handle technical inquiries from manufacturing and customers.
• Produce manufacturing drawings using AutoCAD or DraftSight.
• Submit information requests and changes using established protocols.
• Interpret hardware templates for manufacturing requirements.
• Review order documentation and prepare orders for processing.
• Work well in a team environment across all business areas.
