CBX Solutions LLC is seeking a Detailer to translate contract documents into precise door, frame, and hardware schedules. You’ll ensure UL, fire code, ADA, and life-safety compliance while coordinating with architects and general contractors for timely submittals.

Candidates should have 2–4 years in detailing or related roles, with proficiency in CAD and MS Office. This role blends office work with site-ready planning in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Detail and schedule door, frame, and hardware materials for projects.
• Ensure costs align with estimates and document variances.
• Verify openings meet code, UL, ADA, and life-safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts, plans, specs, and addenda to establish quantities and requirements.
• Prepare shop drawings, schedules, and submittals using CAD or detailing software.
• Identify issues and verifications for the GC/architect during submittals.
• Maintain organized project files throughout the lifecycle.
