Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group is seeking an entry-level Technical Order Processor to interpret customer specifications and produce manufacturable work-order drawings for doors and related products. You will handle order inquiries, prepare AutoCAD/DraftSight drawings, and coordinate with manufacturing partners to meet deadlines.

The role requires basic math and blueprint interpretation, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple orders with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to interpret hardware templates, blueprints, and architectural drawings.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and common software applications.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders from basic stock to configured orders.
• Produce drawings for manufacturing using AutoCAD or DraftSight.
• Interpret hardware templates and prepare detailed manufacturing drawings.
• Review order documentation and prepare orders for processing.
• Communicate with customers on discrepancies and changes.
