Job summary

Tosca Services, LLC in Sharonville, OH is seeking a Technical Operator II (Forklift driver) for 2nd shift to safely process RPCs in our service center. The role combines hands-on production tasks with forklift responsibilities to sustain throughput, quality, and food safety standards.

You will inspect containers, move materials, operate forklifts and automated interfaces, and support multiple operation areas as needed. Excellent safety focus and teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate basic English.
• 2+ years forklift operating experience required; certification preferred.
• Experience working in manufacturing, warehouse, production, or material handling environments.
• Ability to safely perform material handling and equipment operation tasks.
• Comfortable operating machinery and equipment technology, including touchscreen interfaces.
• Strong attention to safety procedures and quality standards.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules and overtime as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.

What You'll Do:
