Tosca is seeking a Technical Operator II to ensure safe and efficient processing of RPCs in our service center. You will perform hands-on production tasks, operate forklifts and automated equipment, and support multiple areas to meet throughput and quality goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate basic English.
• Previous forklift operating experience required; certification preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, production, or material handling environments.
• Comfortable operating machinery and equipment technology, including touchscreen interfaces.
• Strong attention to safety procedures and quality standards.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules and overtime as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As a Technical Operator II, you'll help ensure the safe and efficient processing of reusable plastic containers (RPCs) within our service center operations. What We Are Looking For

Physical Requirements

• Stand for extended periods (8-12 hours per shift)
• Frequently lift up to 50 pounds without assistance

• Work in varying temperature conditions

Pay And Perks

• Pay: $00.00/hr, plus a $0.00 shift differential for XX shift hours
