Job summary

Vyve Broadband is seeking a Technical Operations Supervisor to lead a field team responsible for delivering high‑quality broadband, fiber, TV and voice services in our non‑urban markets. You will oversee daily operations, troubleshoot network issues, and ensure FCC compliance while building strong ties with local communities and authorities.

You will manage budgets, mentor technicians, and promote safety, growth, and professional development in a fast‑paced field environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in cable, broadband, or a related field.
• Strong technical knowledge of system operations and evolving technologies.
• Hands‑on leadership style and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs. and work in the field as needed.
