Amazon Leo is seeking a Manager to lead our Operations Technical Program Management team, owning cross-functional programs for PCBA manufacturing and procurement supporting satellites. You will coach a team of PMs, assess supplier capacity and quality, and report to senior leadership while implementing best practices across the unit.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, supplier development, and continuous improvement in a highly regulated, aerospace-like environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions, evaluate outcomes, and make data-driven decisions.
• 5+ years of program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or related field experience.
• 3+ years of team management experience.
• Technical understanding of PCBA manufacturing processes and materials, capacity assessments, and quality requirements.
• Experience driving continuous improvement activities, and performing RCA and COE.
• Experience driving supplier development programs and manufacturing technology transfers.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Operations Program Managers.
• Ensure hardware is delivered to support production schedules identifying, tracking, and resolving risks to delivery with cross functional teams as necessary.
• Protect future deliveries through detailed and proactive evaluation of supplier production lines for capacity and manufacturing quality.
• Report status to senior leadership in a clear and succinct manner.
• Develop and implement best practices within the team while ingesting and replicating best practices from other teams.
• Lead team to execute annual improvement plans.
