Job Title Senior Operations Manager

Job Location 100% REMOTE, but must currently reside in either Pennsylvania; Austin, TX area; Chicago, IL area; or Denver, CO area.

Work Schedule Remote, but must be willing to travel ~25% of the time.

Pay Rate $80k-$130k/yr. DOE + Comprehensive Benefits

Must have

  • 5 yrs of Operations Management and/or Project Management within a tech-enabled business services environment
  • Project Management experience with process optimization, Scrum, and Agile methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or similar
  • Experience with Freshdesk, Monday.com, Freshcaller

Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee the Key Account Team. This role requires a strategic leader who excels in both technical and interpersonal skills and has a passion for customer success and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of successfully leading teams and projects preferably in tech-enabled service roles, a customer-first mindset, and expertise in helpdesk ticketing system workflow building, reporting, and dashboard monitoring. Additionally, they will demonstrate outstanding communication, empathy, and leadership qualities to foster a collaborative and positive work environment. This position reports to the CEO and is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to potentially grow into an executive leadership role.

  • Leadership & Management
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the Key Account Team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Implementation & Process Optimization
  • Oversee the implementation of new processes and systems to improve team productivity and customer experience.
  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Build and maintain comprehensive reporting systems to monitor team performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Success
  • Liaise with other departments to incorporate Voice of Customer (VoC) into our sales, partner relations, and sales strategies.
  • Helpdesk Operations
  • Oversee the daily operations of the Freshcaller and Freshdesk queues to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

Must have

  • 5 yrs of Operations Management experience within a technical business environment and/or IT Project Management experience
  • Project Management experience with process optimization, Scrum, and Agile methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or similar
  • Experience with Freshdesk, Monday.com, Freshcaller
