You will lead customer-facing operations, manage Technical Project Managers, and drive order fulfillment from quotation to delivery, collaborating with sales, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain.

You will measure success by customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, and scalable processes that protect profitability while developing a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, project management, customer operations, or related environments.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and driving operational performance.
• Strong customer-facing experience with the ability to manage complex projects and stakeholder relationships.
• Experience developing and implementing process improvements that enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Strong business acumen balancing customer satisfaction, operations, and profitability.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions and levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technical Project Management, Customer Care, Estimating, and Order Operations across the Specialized Openings business.
• Translate business, product, and market strategies into consistent operational execution.
• Develop and implement standardized workflows, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure quotes, submittals, orders, and customer projects move efficiently, accurately, and on schedule.
• Partner with Product Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Care to deliver strong support.
• Drive a customer-centric operating model focused on responsiveness, communication, and accountability.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, scope gaps, and margin exposure.
• Protect profitability through operational discipline and sound decisions.
• Manage team capacity, priorities, and issue resolution for operational effectiveness.
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team focused on collaboration and excellence.
