You will manage a team of analysts, oversee testing methodologies, and drive projects while maintaining ISO 17025 compliance and safety regulations. The role requires strong leadership, project management, and client liaison skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry or related discipline.
• Proven leadership experience in a laboratory setting.
• Strong understanding of ISO 17025 and safety requirements.
• Experience with quality systems, audits, and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Quality and Compliance - oversee QMS ensuring ISO 17025 alignment.
• Team Leadership - mentor technicians and scientists, drive training and goals.
• Testing and Analysis - supervise microbiological testing for food and cosmetics.
• Auditing - readiness and responses to third‑party, customer and regulatory audits.
• Quality Management - partner with Quality Team to maintain high standards and KPI reporting.
