Property Leads is seeking a technically savvy, highly organized operations generalist to support day-to-day technical and operational needs across campaigns, partner integrations, and workflow automation.

This hands-on role spans partner onboarding, troubleshooting, campaign configuration, and creative compliance, working with affiliate teams and external partners to ensure campaigns launch smoothly and systems run efficiently.

Formación

• Experience in technical operations, marketing operations, affiliate operations, ad operations, or a similarly technical and execution-focused role.
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn new platforms, troubleshoot integrations, and navigate unfamiliar systems independently.
• Familiarity with performance marketing technologies, tracking platforms, APIs, pixels, or lead management systems is highly desirable.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of requests, projects, and competing priorities without losing attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Own the operational and technical setup of new partners, campaigns, and traffic sources, ensuring launches are accurate, timely, and seamless.
• Coordinate integrations, troubleshoot issues, and resolve technical or operational roadblocks with the affiliate team and external partners.
• Manage campaign configurations, tracking implementations, payout updates, and other technical adjustments across platforms.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of partner integrations, lead delivery systems, and marketing technologies.
