Job summary

NyproMold, a leader in precision mold manufacturing, seeks a Technical Business Unit Associate to coordinate between leadership, program management, and engineering. You will support daily BU operations and act as a technical customer-facing team member, driving spares lifecycle management and process improvements.

In this role you will learn to manage projects, communicate with clients, and contribute to growth strategies while collaborating with senior tooling engineers in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; related business/engineering background is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and data analysis.
• Experience with ERP/CRM tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations with BU leadership, program management, and engineering teams.
• Assist with asset lifecycle management and client communications for spare part needs.
• Help develop proposals and align project plans, BOMs, and customer requirements.
• Maintain project communication to support customer satisfaction and performance goals.
• Support business development and marketing initiatives and budget tracking.
