Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Extensive experience in plastic injection mold design and manufacturing.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and customer-facing communication.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into manufacturable molds.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical reviews with customers and align capabilities with roadmaps.
• Manage mold concept development from concept to validation.
• Collaborate with engineering, program management, tooling, and operations.
• Identify and mitigate technical and commercial risks.
• Support quotes, proposals, and PM governance.
• Ensure on-time execution and flawless customer engagement.
