Job summary

NyproMold is seeking a Business Unit Associate to coordinate between leadership, program management, and engineering teams. The role focuses on daily BU operations, improving cross‑departmental communication, and driving efficient project execution to boost customer satisfaction and performance.

Qualifications

• Interest in business development, marketing, sales, and project management.
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Google Analytics and PPC marketing (Google Ads, Bing, etc.) is beneficial.
• Experience with Adobe Suite and B2B marketing experience is beneficial.
• ERP and CRM software experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with basic math; detail-oriented and organized.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proactive and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Support leadership and BU Managers in daily operations.
• Coordinate with leadership, program managers, and engineers to manage plans, reports, BOMs, and customer requirements.
• Maintain regular communication to align transactions with customer satisfaction and project goals.
• Contribute to business development and growth strategies.
• Assist in marketing initiatives, materials, and website content to boost brand footprint.
• Support project management and customer relationship efforts (NDAs, UX, NPS, etc.).
• Update sales presentations, forecasts, and quotes; monitor team spend.
• Handle general office tasks including data entry, health & safety, travels, documentation, swag.
