Jabil is seeking a Technical Business Unit Manager to lead growth initiatives for NyproMold’s plastic injection mold programs, from concept through production, while driving P&L growth and customer value.

The role bridges customer needs with engineering, program management, mold design, and operations to deliver high-performing molds and profitable solutions, ensuring flawless execution and strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of plastic injection mold design and manufacturing.
• DFM and design for reliability and cost optimization.
• Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Experience translating requirements into manufacturable molds and profitable proposals.
• Proven ability to manage complex programs, schedules, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and commercial efforts bridging customer, engineering, and operations.
• Oversee mold concept development, including gating, cooling, and automation considerations.
• Manage multiple opportunities from concept to launch with a focus on schedule, cost, and quality.
• Provide escalation support for technical or schedule issues and drive recovery plans.
• Represent NyproMold in customer meetings and senior-level discussions.
