You will manage customer experiences and lead a team of technicians, focusing on operational excellence, quality control, and superior client satisfaction. With a minimum of 7 years in property restoration and required industry certifications, you will provide advanced technical guidance in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in property restoration, with substantial hands-on mitigation experience.
• Strong managerial experience; at least 3 years in crew management.
• Effective communication skills for client interactions and internal communications.
