Job summary

SERVPRO is looking to add a Mitigation Manager to our team. The Operations Manager will report to the General Manager and lead the restoration division, supervising day-to-day activities, schedules, and production levels to meet quality standards at minimum costs.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, safety compliance, and efficient communication across the restoration staff. Candidates should have 2+ years of management experience and familiarity with restoration processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Restoration industry experience preferred.
• IICRC certifications preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient with relevant computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of restoration crews, including schedules and production levels.
• Manages tasks and activities of a diverse workforce to ensure timely job processing.
• Communicates effectively with restoration staff and delegates duties.
• Develops and implements processes to improve performance.
• Develops employees for greater responsibility through training.
• Works with support personnel to prevent delays and ensures safety procedures.
