AutoLeap Inc. is hiring a Marketing Manager for AutoLeap’s Marketing Services (DMS) team to own technical delivery across PPC and SEO. You will lead both disciplines, drive day-to-day execution, and foster a culture of accountability across a growing client portfolio.

The role combines hands-on marketing leadership with people management, requiring collaboration with onboarding, web, and social teams to deliver standout results for auto repair clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in PPC and SEO.
• 2+ years in a leadership/management role.
• Familiar with call tracking tools and local SEO platforms (e.g., BrightLocal).
• Comfort with AI tools for reporting, content, or process efficiency.
• Collaborative mindset across PPC, SEO, onboarding, and web teams.

Responsibilities

• Own technical delivery across PPC and SEO teams and manage day-to-day workloads and outcomes across a large portfolio of accounts.
• Lead regular 1:1s, team check-ins, and client touchpoints to ensure consistent attention per account.
• Identify and implement automation and AI-driven workflows to reduce manual work and improve reporting.
• Coordinate with Onboarding, Web, and Social teams on shared accounts and client needs.
• Monitor and report team performance and account health on a cadence.
