Job summary

Lucifer Lighting Company, a San Antonio-based designer and manufacturer of precision-engineered architectural lighting fixtures, seeks a Product Support Engineer to bridge Engineering, Sales, and Customers. You will translate complex engineering data into world-class technical marketing collateral and provide hands-on validation with field feedback.

Qualifications

5+ years blending technical support, field service work, or product coordination with technical marketing or content creation.

Responsibilities

Provide high-level technical support on product features and field issues to key customers.
Draft, update, and format technical marketing documents (spec sheets, installation manuals, sell sheets).
Incorporate field learnings into existing documentation and product guides.
Perform product test installations and collaborate with contractors to optimize installation instructions.
Create technical guides and training materials for sales and channel teams.
Manage digital assets on the company website, including new product pages and content updates.
Coordinate technical trade show logistics and demonstrations.
Gather customer feedback to guide product customizations and business cases.
Visit project sites to assess technical issues and assist remediation when needed.
