Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in large-scale systems engineering, integration, and development programs.
• Experience leading requirements and interface management for a major program.
• Experience coordinating and presenting technical changes across large stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Develop, integrate, and manage Technical Requirements Documents (TRDs), Interface Control Documents (ICDs), and MBSE products.
• Maintain alignment across requirements, interfaces, and models for a consistent technical baseline.
• Provide technical advice to senior program managers on space system design and testing issues.
• Perform systems engineering and program management activities supporting design reviews and evaluations.
• Translate technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with U.S. Space Force and stakeholders to implement solutions.
