Job summary

Vantor Holdings, Inc. is seeking a senior test and evaluation specialist to support space and ground systems. The role emphasizes planning, executing, and reporting DT&E activities, with a focus on ensuring readiness for operational testing per applicable standards.

You will collaborate with government clients, prime contractors, and test teams to develop and validate test plans, procedures, and artifacts, contributing to the secure and reliable deployment of space sensing capabilities.

Qualifications

• Security clearance required.
• Experience with DoD or government acquisition programs.
• Strong background in test planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Test, analyze, evaluate, verify, and validate systems across space/ground domains.
• Identify areas requiring urgent mitigation up-front and early in development.
• Develop TEMPs, STPs, RVPs and RVRs to document verification activities.
• Coordinate with government clients, primes, and test organizations to achieve program goals.
• Lead system-level test activities and participate in ITT and DRB meetings.
