In this role, you will drive the development of new products and technologies, evaluate sustainable raw materials, identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings, and lead cross-functional teams from concept through commercialization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; chemical engineering preferred.
• Experience leading technical or NPD projects in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma or similar CI methodologies.
• Strong communication and cross-functional influence across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development and innovation across commercial, specialty, and turf lines.
• Evaluate new materials, technologies, and processes for performance and cost savings.
• Manage development from concept through commercialization with lab, pilot, and production trials.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, R&D, Marketing, Quality, Sustainability, Sourcing, and Operations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineering staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, regulatory, and sustainability standards.
