Fuscoe Engineering, Inc. in San Diego is seeking a Technical Manager to lead civil engineering design across land development, water resources, and survey projects. You will provide technical leadership, refine processes, and mentor staff to advance capabilities.

The role includes supervising a team, delegating tasks, and participating in QA/QC reviews to ensure quality deliverables while thriving in a 100% employee-owned culture that values collaboration and learning.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and civil engineering design experience of at least 6 years.
• At least 3 years as central design figure and mentor, overseeing technical aspects of projects.
• EIT certification required; PE preferred.
• Motivated, curious problem-solver who works well independently and on a team.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as technical strategist for civil engineering and technical specialties for land/site development, water resources, or survey projects.
• Provide technical leadership by developing and refining technical processes and methodologies.
• Advance technical capabilities by mentoring staff through knowledge transfer and advanced learning.
• Manage team members including task delegation, staff reviews, and supervisory duties.
• Participate in QA/QC processes by reviewing engineering deliverables and mentoring staff on quality standards.
