Job summary

Insight Global partners with a leading manufacturer to hire a Maintenance Manufacturing Manager for a high-volume facility. You will lead a 37-person maintenance team, drive reliability, and advance preventive and predictive programs on the plant floor.

The role focuses on reducing downtime, building succession plans, and leading Lean and operational excellence initiatives in collaboration with production and plant leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of maintenance, engineering, reliability, or manufacturing leadership experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.

We are partnering with a leading manufacturer to hire a Maintenance Manufacturing Manager for a high-volume production facility. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for driving maintenance excellence, equipment reliability, team development, operational performance, and continuous improvement across the plant.

This position is ideal for a proven manufacturing leader who has successfully managed large maintenance organizations, improved machine uptime, and built high-performing teams within complex industrial environments.

The Maintenance Manufacturing Manager will oversee approximately 37 maintenance technicians and will play a critical role in strengthening reliability programs, driving accountability, improving equipment performance, and supporting broader plant operations.

This is not a traditional maintenance manager position focused solely on reactive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

• Experience leading large maintenance organizations
• Experience supporting plant-wide operational transformation initiatives
