Samtec is seeking a Technical Maintenance Supervisor for all shifts in its connector manufacturing operations in Indiana. The role focuses on leading maintenance for automated equipment, coordinating technicians, and ensuring safety and reliability across processes.
The candidate will manage staff, drive preventative maintenance, and collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues and improve throughput. A background in machining tools and a high school diploma is preferred.
