Sea Colony Recreational in Bethany Beach, DE is seeking a full-time Technical Maintenance Assistant to maintain buildings, assets, pools, and recreational facilities. The role includes grounds, landscaping, and general upkeep across a large resort community as part of Troon.

You should be comfortable with manual tasks, basic computer software, and coordinating with multiple departments; physical stamina is required, including lifting up to 100 lbs.

Qualifications

• Maintenance of buildings, assets, and mechanical systems.
• Experience or willingness to learn clay tennis court maintenance.
• Experience or willingness to learn pool maintenance.
• Proficient with basic computer software and data entry.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Ability to interact professionally with all departments.
• Professional appearance and multitasking in fast-paced settings.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs and perform manual labor.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily upkeep of all buildings, assets, and mechanical systems.
• Oversee grounds, landscaping, pools, courts, and beach areas.
• Repair and maintenance tasks typically required by high-end resorts.
• Place and track work orders; use spreadsheets and word processing.
• Coordinate with contractors and internal departments as needed.
• Demonstrate professional appearance and safety practices on site.
