Job summary

Delcastle Golf Course in Wilmington, DE is seeking a part-time Maintenance Staff for a seasonal position lasting about 6 months. This role is part of Troon, a global leader in golf and hospitality management.

You will perform daily housekeeping, light maintenance, and grounds duties to ensure a welcoming, safe, and well-kept facility. Education requirements are flexible; the job emphasizes willingness to learn, physical capability, and the ability to communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Less than high school education; or up to one month of related experience or training; or equivalent combination.
• Ability to read and speak English as required to perform duties.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Performs general housekeeping and maintenance for all areas including electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects.
• M maintains exterior cleanliness and arranges outdoor furniture; keeps tennis courts and swimming pool tidy.
• Maintains interior areas, empties trash, sweeps, vacuums, dusts, and arranges furniture.
• Reports supply needs to supervisor and performs other duties as required.
