Job summary

Sea Colony Recreational in Bethany Beach, DE is seeking a seasonal Housekeeper for a role lasting six months or less. The position is part of a hospitality-focused property organization within the Troon family.

Responsibilities include daily cleaning of offices, public spaces, kitchens and restrooms; performing light and heavy cleaning, reporting supply needs, and following safe work practices. Minimum one year of related experience and regular attendance are required.

We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Role:

Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides daily cleaning for all operations, including but not limited to: offices, public spaces, drinking fountains, kitchen areas, and restroom facilities
• Performs light and heavy cleaning, including but not limited to: window washing, furniture polishing, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, floor cleaning and polishing, and emptying trash cans and ashtrays
• Identifies when supplies are needed and reports to the supervisor
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
• Performs other duties as required
