Job summary

Sea Pines Country Club is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform preventive, routine, and corrective maintenance on buildings, grounds, pools, and equipment to keep facilities safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing.

Responsibilities include inspections, preventive maintenance, emergency response, contractor supervision, pool operation, and accurate record-keeping using maintenance software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• HVAC or Pool Operator certifications are preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, routine, and corrective maintenance on buildings, grounds, pools, and equipment.
• Inspect facilities to identify safety issues and schedule repairs.
• Record maintenance activities and parts using maintenance software.
• Respond to emergencies and assist after-hours as needed.
• Supervise external vendors and contractors for maintenance tasks.
• Ensure safe operation of pools and related equipment.
• Maintain compliance with Sea Pines Country Club policies.
