Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the technical direction for tin mitigation hardware; collaborate with FEA/CFD analysts.
• Drive concept execution and define work breakdown for cross-functional teams.
• Lead architecture and prototyping; evaluate tradeoffs between optimal and practical solutions.
• Develop sub-module specifications and coordinate system-level reviews.
• Define test protocols and analyze results to guide design changes.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate interfaces across sub-functions.
