Job summary

ASML is seeking a senior design engineer to lead development of highly complex modules and subsystems, coordinating across multiple teams and suppliers. You will own technical design, integration, and qualification activities while ensuring alignment with customer specs and project timelines.

The role requires a Master’s degree and proven capability to guide 3-5 engineers, with strong knowledge of interfaces between subsystems and related domains.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with thorough experience or equivalent working and thinking level.
• Able to technically lead engineering team and advise management.
• Solid knowledge of neighboring parts / areas of expertise within module.
• Complex module and system knowledge and how it interacts with other sub-systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate requirements elicitation, analysis, and verification for the project.
• Lead design activities and integration planning across subsystems.
• Conduct feasibility and conceptualization work to support engineering solutions.
• Document complex design choices and ensure project documentation is up to date.
