Job summary

Litera in Denver, CO is seeking a Technical Lead, Engineering to guide design and delivery of software that advances legal tech. You will partner with Product Management, your scrum team, and engineers across a distributed organization to translate priorities into high-quality releases.

This role involves owning features, steering technical direction, conducting code reviews, and mentoring engineers to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience implementing full-stack solutions.
• At least 1 year of experience leading a team of 2+ engineers.
• Expert-level skills in C#, .NET Framework/Core, Git, Azure DevOps, NuGet, NPM, SonarQube.
• Strong command of software development principles and design patterns (OO design, SOLID, TDD, KISS, DRY).
• Experience with major SPA/SSR frameworks (React, Next, Vue, Nuxt, Angular, or Svelte).
• Excellent written, verbal, and video-based communication across a distributed team.

This is a hybrid role based in Denver, Colorado with the expectations to be in office at least 3 days a week for collaboration and connection.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

• 8+ years of professional experience implementing full-stack solutions to real business problems.
• At least 1 year of experience leading a team of 2+ engineers.
• Expert-level skills in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, Git, Azure DevOps, NuGet, NPM, and SonarQube.
• Strong command of software development principles and design patterns, including object-oriented design, SOLID, TDD, KISS, and DRY.
• Excellent understanding of at least one major SPA/SSR framework, such as React, Next, Vue, Nuxt, Angular, or Svelte.
• Excellent written, verbal, and video-based communication skills for working across a distributed team.

Pay Transparency for Colorado Applicants

The base salary range for this role is $150,000 to $180,000 USD. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications. This role is also eligible to participate in a company bonus plan. In addition to base salary, Litera offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and incentive and recognition programs. Benefits are subject to eligibility requirements.
