You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and collaborate with industry experts to deliver solutions that make a real difference in the legal profession. **What You'll Deliver*** Translate product goals into LLM-driven, machine-executable instructions using structured prompting techniques* Implement LLM safety, observability, and policy compliance (e.g., logging, red-teaming, PII handling)* Design, develop, test, and deliver scalable, customer-facing applications and services* Write clean, well-documented, and extensible code aligned with engineering standards* Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management and Quality Engineering* Contribute across the full software development lifecycle (refinement, coding, testing, deployment)* Participate in Agile practices and continuously improve development processes and quality* Manage task priorities, estimates, deadlines, and deliverables to meet performance expectations* Ownership of multiple versions of data warehouse code for imports from various time and billing systems* Owning ways to scale existing code, and options to modernize platformWe’re committed to creating an inclusive environment. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications. This role is also eligible to participate in a company bonus plan.In addition to base salary, Litera offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and incentive and recognition programs.
