Litera is seeking a Technical Lead, Engineering to guide software design and delivery for the legal tech domain. You will partner with Product Management, scrum teams, and engineers across a distributed organization to translate priorities into high-quality, on-time releases.

You’ll coach engineers and lead SCRUM practices to raise the bar for quality and speed. The role is a hybrid position in Denver, CO, requiring in-office presence at least 3 days per week.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of professional experience implementing full-stack solutions to real business problems.
• At least 1 year of experience leading a team of 2+ engineers.
• Expert-level skills in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, Git, Azure DevOps, NuGet, NPM, and SonarQube.
• Strong command of software development principles and design patterns (object-oriented design, SOLID, TDD, KISS, DRY).
• Excellent understanding of major SPA/SSR frameworks (React, Next, Vue, Nuxt, Angular, or Svelte).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for distributed teams.

Where You’ll Work

This is a hybrid role based in Denver, Colorado with the expectations to be in office at least 3 days a week for collaboration and connection.

Well-designed, reliable software applications, with ownership of product features from estimates through design and development. Technical direction for a product, grounded in modern software engineering techniques and methodologies. Code reviews that raise the quality bar and spread engineering best practices across the team. Engineers who grow faster, through coaching and mentoring of less experienced team members. Scrum teams that stay focused on delivering value on time, in close partnership with Product Management. Sound solutions to complex problems, applying object-oriented design, design patterns, and disciplined troubleshooting of defects. Fresh product and technical ideas, shaped through brainstorming and shared expertise.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

• 8+ years of professional experience implementing full-stack solutions to real business problems.

Pay Transparency for Colorado Applicants

The base salary range for this role is $150,000 to $180,000 USD. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications. This role is also eligible to participate in a company bonus plan.

In addition to base salary, Litera offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and incentive and recognition programs. Benefits are subject to eligibility requirements.
