Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in climate/sustainability roles.
• Experience in greenhouse gas accounting in the agriculture field.
• Familiarity with SOC, LCA, and EPD concepts.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead client interactions and deliverables, and conduct research to answer client questions confidently.
• Manage a pipeline of technical advisory requests on carbon accounting and decarbonization.
• Prepare client-facing PowerPoint presentations, reports, and memos.
• Contribute in fast-paced environments and meet deadlines.
• Conduct desk research on climate mitigation standards in agriculture.
• Support proposal development and workplans for new business.
• Perform basic to intermediate greenhouse gas calculations and data analysis.
• Lead and mentor junior staff on projects.
