Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in electrical distribution design.
• Proven project management and design team leadership experience.
• Experience with proposals, scope, schedule, and fees.
• Strong client relationship management and business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop business with new and existing clients.
• Manage and strengthen client relationships.
• Plan, direct large projects and engineering programs.
• Supervise technical teams producing design documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams and sub-consultants.
• Provide technical oversight and guidance to project teams.
• Ensure projects stay within budget and scope.
• Mentor, train, and develop staff.
• Ensure ISO standards and client requirements compliance.
