Job summary

HKA Enterprises in Dallas, TX is seeking a Technical Lead to oversee engineering projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget adherence. You will develop client relationships, manage contract cycles, hire/train staff on client systems, and drive regional revenue growth.

You will provide technical oversight across power distribution projects, conduct system studies, prepare design calculations, drawings and cost estimates, and mentor teams through project lifecycles while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing and growing a design team.
• Experience with proposal preparation, scope, schedule, and fee development.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Develop business with new and existing clients.
• Manage and strengthen client relationships.
• Establish project-specific scopes of services and fees.
• Plan, develop, coordinate, and direct large projects or programs.
• Supervise technical teams in design documents and calculations.
• Provide technical oversight across project lifecycles.
• Coordinate with internal departments and sub-consultants.
